Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using Rkive.

Effective: January 26, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using Rkive (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Rkive is an on-device document vault. The App lets you scan documents into PDFs, run OCR, tag and search content, and export your data. All document processing and storage happens entirely on your device—nothing is uploaded to external servers.

You own your documents. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of your content, and for maintaining backups or exports. The App does not guarantee that any document or export will be error-free or recoverable.

OCR runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No document images or extracted text are ever uploaded. OCR results may contain errors—please verify important documents.

Paid features are offered through Apple in-app purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use on your device. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, interfere with, or misuse the App or its services.

The App may interact with Apple services (including iCloud Backup, Files, or StoreKit). Your use of those services is governed by Apple's terms and policies.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carefolio Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document.
